AI Ideas Generator Workshop

Overview

If you are interested in ordering this Workshop, please contact us.

We ran this Workshop as part of an event for public service media’s learning and development community, and it got such a positive response, we’re now excited to offer it by request.

For a group of up to 30 participants, the activity brings together professionals to brainstorm and develop new ideas for how they can use AI to solve problems and/or bring new creative possibilities.

This is important – suggestions must come from across an organization and this Workshop empowers professionals to think, discuss and develop new ideas.

There are several presentations by EBU Academy Faculty Member, Mark Egan including a model called ‘SMARTER’ to help in the generation of ideas and also examples of how EBU Members are already using artificial intelligence.

Then, participants are split into teams to firstly decide on their best idea and then to develop a plan to make it happen, including what would be the barriers and how they could be overcome.

Teams compete to win a final prize, awarded to what’s judged to be the most impactful and feasible idea.

We encourage multi-disciplinary teams to participate to encourage a range of thoughts, including technology and innovation staff whose inputs would be vital.

Not only is the Workshop hugely beneficial in making AI learning relevant and perhaps developing actionable new ideas but it is also a fun team-building exercise.

Who it is for

Middle-managers and senior leaders with a good level of AI literacy who want to apply what they’ve learned to their own organization and roles.
