A former tactical leader in the Swedish Police counter-terrorism unit, Mats brings over 20 years of frontline experience leading teams in high-risk, time-critical environments where decisions carry immediate and far-reaching consequences.
He now works with organisations to strengthen crisis preparedness and leadership capability, with a particular focus on how individuals and teams perform under pressure.
